DUES AND PROGRAM THIS SUNDAY!

Hello FEISTEYites,

Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who came out last Friday night to be a part of Invisible Children’s story. It was truly incredible to see so many of our youth participating and learning in this program. Definitely look out for some information on how to donate through FEISTEY!

As it states in the FEISTEY Constitution under Article Three, section C:

Section C:

1.      A member in good standing of FEISTEY must have paid their dues to FEISTEY and to NFTY-NEL.

2.      Dues will be required at the beginning of the year and will allow for free or discounted FEISTEY events.

3.      Dues will be $60 for a year, however, if this cannot be paid, arrangements can be made with the President and Advisor.

4.      Every member group shall annually pay into the treasury of this federation a sum determined by the Regional Director and the regional executive board and shall not be awarded applications to attend regional events until dues are paid.

5.      Dues increases will be made by the adult leadership of FEISTEY and Temple Emanu-El, however, the FEISTEY Executive Board must review and approve any of these changes.

6.      Members of FEISTEY are eligible to vote at General FEISTEY meetings, as long as all dues are received prior to voting period.

FEISTEY is asking for a $60 donation from each member in order for the Youth group to run sustainable and informative programs. We ask that you please bring this money to the next event that you attend. You will not be allowed to be a member or attend FEISTEY events without this $60 donation. If for some reason you cannot pay this, please send me an email or call me so that we can work something out.

Also, FEISTEY will be having our first lounge event of the year. The program is a surprise, but it will take place on Sunday November 6th, 2011 at 1:00pm in the FEISTEY Lounge.  You don’t want to miss this one. Here is a link to the event on Facebook to RSVP: [ http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=110808382362934 ]http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=110808382362934.

Can’t wait to see you all this Sunday and please don’t forget about your FEISTEY donation.

Thank you!
